8x12 Quaker (#3450)

This 8x12 Quaker (#3450) features Dutch Lap vinyl siding in Antique Ivory with crisp white trim, doors, and windows for a clean, timeless appearance. The Weatherwood 30-year architectural shingle roof is installed over ½” plywood sheathing with felt paper, and standard Quaker overhangs—along with an extended overhang on the front 12’ eave—add both character and protection.

Built with 2x4 wall framing spaced 16” on-center, the structure includes one 6’ wooden double door and one 24”x36” non-insulated window with screen for natural light and ventilation. The interior offers 5/8” BC sanded plywood flooring and remains unfinished for flexible use. The building is supported by pressure-treated skids for ground contact, ensuring long-term durability and stability.
