This n That Amish Outlet is hiring full-time EXPERIENCED Furniture Sales Associates. The individuals we are looking for must be highly driven and self-motivated to achieve individually, while being a supportive team member as you contribute to the overall store success and customer satisfaction. You must possess eagerness, curiosity to solve customer needs, be outgoing and able to start conversations with strangers, as well as have a positive attitude.

Qualifications Include:

Must be comfortable following up with customers and leads through the internet, email, phone and in-person
Partnering with all store team members to create a great and lasting customer experience
Presenting yourself in a way that represents the brand positively
Staying up to date on product knowledge and transfer that knowledge to customers
Sales experience required (Minimum 1 year Furniture Sales experience)
Positive and engaging personality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Personable and cheerful demeanor in working with customers
Capable of working independently, with minimal supervision
Self-motivated through setting and achieving personal goals
Strong work ethic and a desire to continuously improve

This n’ That Amish Outlet, a small family-owned business headquartered in Warrenton, is looking for reliable and experienced furniture movers and helpers. This position will be responsible for safe delivery and installation of custom furniture orders to customer homes and other store locations. Candidates must comply with the following requirements:

Loading and unloading of furniture. Ensures furniture truckloads are secure and safe.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
Excellent Customer Service.
Have good communication skills and a positive and professional attitude at all times even in stressful situations.
Experience driving 16' - 24' straight box trucks.
Be able to properly fill out and maintain work orders paying close attention to detail (instruction will be provided).
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
No CDL required but valid driver's license with positive points is required. Must have or obtain a medical card. (Company will reimburse)
Work in warehouse and at store locations when deliveries are unavailable.
We offer a competitive pay rate as well as tips and bonuses.

This position is typically a Monday – Friday position with occasional weekends when needed. Local deliveries to Central VA, NOVA, and surrounding area. Weekly day trips to PA and other adjoining states.

This n' That Amish Outlet is a retail business specializing in Amish-built outdoor building structures, Indoor and outdoor furniture, animal structures, and more. We are currently accepting applications for *FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITIONS in our Sales department at our Warrenton and Winchester locations. We foster a team-driven and customer-oriented environment, and offer an on-the-job sales training program to our team members.

We are not your typical retail establishment. We are seeking individuals with true sales experience, the ability to close a sale and have constant communication with customers. Preferred candidate will have experience dealing with residential construction trades, customers and/or involved within the construction as a supplier, contractor, sales or other.

Duties and responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers, finding their needs and helping them shop and/or design the structure or furniture of their dreams
Working at the point-of-sale counter to process transitions.
Suggesting items based on customer needs
Record keeping on special / custom orders
Arranging items in the store and alerting the manager when merchandise is low
Provide great customer service and offer clients a great shopping experience
Build relationships with customers through knowledge and strong interpersonal skills
Weekend shifts required and other duties as assigned
General cleaning duties as needed to assure welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

Experience in a professional sales environment
Customer service oriented
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Energetic and self-motivated
Basic computer knowledge
Previous sales experience is required

Benefits: We offer paid training, bonus program, medical, dental, paid holiday and sick leave. Potential pay ranges from $45,000 - $75,000 per year based on retail and sales experience. We offer a generous hourly rate plus monthly bonuses based on sales. TNT is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

We thought our local community could appreciate the Amish workmanship just as much as we did so we opened our doors in 2012. Since then, our love for all things Amish has grown into multiple store locations in Warrenton, Winchester, and Madison, VA.

We took multiple trips to Amish country to buy goods because we loved the pride and quality that was poured into every product. We began our business with sheds, but as we visited the Lancaster area more and more, we found some of the most talented furniture makers in the area. We partnered with local Amish woodworkers to extend our business to furniture because we wanted to offer beautiful, handmade products that would stand the test of time.
