Upon first consultation, you will find that we take pride in all of our projects and work diligently to accomplish all your goals. We work with Amish craftsman that do custom work to meet your specific design standards.

Step 1

Book a Site Evaluation

You have the vision; we’re here to make it a reality. Meet with one of our friendly professionals to walk through what you have in mind. We’ll ask questions and ensure we fully understand your project. Then, one of our site consultants will come to your project area to understand your vision and discuss all your available options.

Step 2

Design Your Structure

Collaborate and customize with a specialist. After your site evaluation, one of our trained consultants will work with you to design for your dream structure. We work hard to incorporate all special requests, budgets, and functionality so you get a structure that matches your style, needs, and bottom line. Then we’ll put together a proposal. Once you approve, we get to work.

Step 3

Let's Start Building

If your structure is within the size requirements for transport, the structure will be built by our craftsman then transported to your site and placed on the prepared pad. We have specialty equipment to move structures up to a certain size. If your structure is within a location that we cannot deliver to safely or is larger than transport regulations, we will have our Amish craftsman come to your location for a build-on-site project.

Yes. Most of our structures are covered by a 15 year warranty from the date of installation. Our warranty covers all construction methods applied to your structure and overall workmanship. Restrictions apply.

Yes. We have speciality equipment to move structures up to a certain size in Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, and parts of West Virginia and New York. We offer furniture and building kits available to ship to all other states.

If your structure is within a location that we cannot deliver safely or is larger than transport regulations, our Amish craftsmen come to your location for a build-onsite project.
