8x12 Quaker (#3453)

This 8’x12’ Quaker (#3453) features LP Lap siding in Red with crisp White MiraTec trim, doors, and windows for a classic barn-inspired look. The Black 30-year architectural shingle roof is installed over ½” plywood sheathing with felt paper, and standard overhangs and gable vents provide dependable weather protection and ventilation.

Built with 2x4 framing spaced 16” on-center and a double top sill plate for added strength, the structure includes one 6’ white wooden double door on the front eave side with a metal diamond plate threshold. Three 24”x36” non-insulated white windows provide natural light—one centered on each gable end and one on the front eave side to the right of the double doors. The interior features 5/8” sanded BC plywood flooring with 2x4 joists spaced 16” on-center and remains unfinished for flexible use. The building is supported by 4x4 pressure-treated skids for ground contact to ensure long-term durability and stability.
