8x12 Playhouse (#LP050)

The #LP050 8x12 Dutch Playhouse features a charming front porch with composite decking, white vinyl railings, and a porch swing for a classic look. The exterior is finished with Vinyl D4 Dutch Lap siding and 30-year architectural shingles over ½” plywood sheathing, along with standard overhangs and gable vents.

The playhouse includes a child-size fiberglass door on the front gable end, a full-size fiberglass door on the rear, and three 12”x24” white grid windows with black shutters. Inside, you’ll find a loft above the porch with ladder access, a 5/8” sanded BC plywood floor with 2x4 joists spaced 12” on-center, and an unfinished interior. The structure is supported by 4x4 pressure-treated skids for ground contact.
