| This upgraded 24' × 26' two-story garage combines classic craftsmanship with enhanced architectural details and modern functionality. The structure features full lap siding, a clear-span second floor, 8' interior stairs, and an upgraded 12/12 roof pitch with extended 12" gable overhangs. A 24" pent roof accents the garage doors, while two large 20' reverse-A dormers feature vinyl shake siding, bold trim, and upgraded gable treatments. The upper gables are finished with premium vinyl board-and-batten siding, while the dormers feature vinyl shake siding for added character and curb appeal. The structure includes two 3' 9-lite pre-hung doors, ten 30" × 36" vinyl insulated windows, and four 36" × 48" vinyl insulated windows, along with a ridge vent for improved ventilation. The two primary garage doors have been upgraded to insulated carriage-style doors with architectural window inserts. Completing the exterior are a decorative 36" Hamlin cupola and black eagle weathervane, creating a distinctive, polished look with plenty of architectural character. |
