10x16 A-Frame (#4113)

This 10' × 16' Pre-Built A-Frame features attractive Slate vinyl Board & Batten siding with Black trim and Dual Black 30-year architectural shingles for a clean, modern appearance. The roof is constructed with ½" plywood sheathing and felt paper and includes two gable vents for added ventilation. A distinctive 36" flying gable overhang adds architectural character and includes poly braces for support, loft space within the overhang, and a 72" non-insulated transom window. The structure also features a 6' fiberglass double door with transom windows and two 24" × 36" non-insulated aluminum windows with screens, providing both easy access and natural light. Inside, a 4' deep loft offers additional storage space, while standard 2×4 framing with studs spaced 16" O.C. and 5/8" BC sanded plywood flooring provide a solid, durable interior. Built on pressure-treated skids designed for ground contact, this A-Frame offers a practical combination of storage capacity, distinctive architectural details, and low-maintenance exterior finishes. The interior is unfinished, allowing flexibility for a variety of storage or workspace uses.
