Upon first consultation, you will find that we take pride in all of our projects and work diligently to accomplish all your goals. We work with Amish craftsman that do custom work to meet your specific design standards.

1. Tell us what you have in mind

The first step is to set up a site evaluation for us to review your project. Our site consultant will come to your project area to review what your vision is and discuss any options that may be available.

2. Collaborate with a specialist
- and customize!

Once we have the site visit completed, one of our trained consultants will help you design your structure and put together a proposal based on your needs. We will go over any special requests you have and break out all the options available.
We will do the pad site within the time that your structure is being built.

3. Let's start building

Your order will then be placed to our Amish craftsman for them to start the building process. If your structure is within the size requirements for transport, the structure will be built by our craftsman then transported to your site and placed on the prepared pad. We have specialty equipment to move structures up to a certain size. If your structure is within a location that we cannot deliver to safely or is larger than transport regulations, we will have our Amish craftsman come to your location for a build-on-site project.

Warranty

Most building structures are warranted for a period of 15 years from the date of installation.
Our warranty covers all construction methods used and overall workmanship.

Delivery

We have specialty equipment to move structures up to a certain size. If your structure is within a location that we cannot deliver to safely or is larger than transport regulations, we will have our Amish craftsman come to your location for a build-on-site project.
