This n That Amish Outlet is hiring full-time EXPEREINCED Furniture Sales Associates. The individuals we are looking for must be highly driven and self-motivated to achieve individually, while being a supportive team member as you contribute to the overall store success and customer satisfaction. You must possess eagerness, curiosity to solve customer needs, outgoing and able to start conversations with strangers, as well as have a positive attitude.

Qualifications Include:

• Must be comfortable following up with customers and leads through the internet, email, phone and in-person
• Partnering with all store team members to create a great and lasting customer experience
• Presenting yourself in a way that represents the brand positively
• Staying up to date on product knowledge and transfer that knowledge to customers
• Sales experience required (Minimum 1 year Furniture Sales experience)
• Positive and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Personable and cheerful demeanor in working with customers
• Capable of working independently, with minimal supervision
• Self-motivate through setting and achieving personal goals
• Strong work ethic and a desire to continuously improve
